DBA is seeking qualified and caring individuals for a variety of part-time positions at our middle school. Candidates for employment should possess experience working with young people and comfort in a flexible and dynamic classroom environment.

The following part-time teaching positions are currently available:
Math Instructional Coach
The Math Instructional Coach is responsible for guiding middle school students through the lessons and activities of the school’s math program. The math coach will collaborate with the lead teacher on the integration of the math curriculum into the learning program. This is a part-time position that involves approximately 90 minutes of classroom instruction three to four mornings per week.
Visual Arts Teacher
The Visual Arts Teacher is responsible for instructing middle school students on basic techniques and projects in the visual arts. The arts teacher will collaborate with the lead teacher on planning and preparation for the arts block once per week. This is a part-time position that involves approximately 75 minutes of classroom instruction on Wednesday afternoons each week.
PE Coach
The PE Coach is responsible for supervising the physical education activities of middle school students. The PE coach will collaborate with the lead teacher on the planning and preparation for PE periods. This is a part-time position that involves approximately 45 minutes of athletic instruction one to two afternoons per week.
