Our students had an incredible first day at DBA! Our theme was Building Community as part of Life Together Week. We began the day with a series of team activities to help students get to know one another.
After some kickball at recess, we had a great discussion about our school’s namesake, Dietrich Bonhoeffer.
Before lunch, an intense game of reverse charades took place.
After lunch, we had some good study time in the afternoon along with more team building exercises.
We can’t wait for Day 2 to arrive!
